She and her staff are great at putting patients at ease and providing overall wonderful and personalized dental care. They ensure patient comfort is a priority throughout the entire appointment. They were also helpful in walking me through various care plan options to figure out what would work best for me and my dental insurance plans. Truly an excellent and compassionate team!

Dr. Kaur was fantastic. She made me feel comfortable, explained everything she wanted to do, and is equipped with the most modern equipment there is. She also has a comfort menu including patient choice of neck pillow, blanket, and headphones. I enjoyed watching TV on the ceiling during a rather lengthy procedure. If you prefer individual attention from an actual dentist, a very compassionate one, in a quiet, relaxed environment versus the noisy hustle and bustle of most other dental multi-dentist centers then Pittsfield Dental, Dr. Kaur, and her fabulous assistant Lisa is the way to go.

I have never experienced a dentist, or dentist office that is so supportive and compassionate to different needs. I have specific health issues making me have to avoid certain dental products and Dr. Kaur goes above and beyond to find the safe products for me. I am so grateful to have found Pittsfield dental studio, and the team, and hope everyone can have the same as me by choosing to go there too.

Very patient and kind when you may have difficulty deciding in options. Lisa was extremely helpful when I became very anxious about a decision I had made that caused confusion and miscommunication on my behalf. She calmed me down and was able to help me make an informed decision. Made me feel like a not only a “client,” but “family.” Every in the office genuinely cares about your opinion and not just looking for a paycheck!

Such a good dental office! I went in wanting braces in the near future and she was very kind about my options and wanted to work with when I wanted them. I've also never had the actual dentist do my teeth cleaning, which seemed very special! I like them a lot.
